Give me a couple (you know the ones I'll do) and pick a question:
Who cooks?
Who does what household chores?
What opinions do they hold on having/bringing up children?
Who's more dominant?
Favorite non-sexual activity?
Their favorite place to be together?
Any traditions?
Do they have a 'song'?
When was the last time they surprised each other?
What happened the last time they went to a wedding?
What stories do they tell about how they met/fell in love?
Do they want pets? If so, what?
What do they fight over?
Do they go on vacations? If so where?

John: Nobody said anything about having to cook in this relationship.
Teyla: We use the mess hall.
Who does what household chores?
Teyla: I believe we share them fairly evenly.
John: (in a mock-whisper) I do most of it.
What opinions do they hold on having/bringing up children?
John: Torren's a good little football.
Teyla: Simple rules, respect - for each other and for Torren, within reason, and supporting the other's decisions.
John: She believes in discussion in private.
Teyla: John...
Who's more dominant?
Teyla: He is.
John: She is.
Favorite non-sexual activity?
John: That cuts it down. She likes beating me up.
Teyla: You have never said you dislike it.
John: I'm humouring you.
Teyla: Uhuh.
Their favorite place to be together?
John: Up on our balcony watching the sea. Any time of day.
Teyla: 'Our' balcony?
John: No-one else ever comes up there. And it's my city, so I think I can say it's 'our balcony'.
Any traditions?
John: Harvest feast in Athos.
Teyla: Thanksgiving with his family.
John: I prefer the Harvest feast. Thanksgiving I spend mostly treading around Dave and the issue of what I do for work. And why we don't have a leash for Torren.
Do they have a 'song'?
John thinks there are way too many songs that describe all the parts of his relationship with Teyla, but he rather likes Johnny Cash's 'Walk The Line'.
Teyla likes the Song Of Solomon which Elizabeth first introduced to her under the heading of 'erotic poetry' back in the second year of the expedition when they were discussing Earth literature and the songs of Athos: "My beloved is mine and I am his."
When was the last time they surprised each other?
John: Every day.
What happened the last time they went to a wedding?
It was a Pegasus wedding in the midsummer of the planet, and after a few drinks they slipped away and went swimming in the river. John thinks of it as 'that time we went skinnydipping'. Teyla doesn't understand it because one always swims naked.
What stories do they tell about how they met/fell in love?
They're very matter of fact about how they met.
However Teyla thinks she first realised she loved John around the time he got taken by Kolya and tortured. And then he went back to Earth and came back, Carson died, and then Elizabeth, and she found herself pregnant by Kanaan.
John first realised some time into Teyla's pregnancy with Torren, only by then he figured it was too late for them and was willing to settle for being a friend.
Do they want pets? If so, what?
John thinks he wants a dog. Teyla doesn't quite understand the concept of 'pets' in the same way that John does. They have people everywhere, around them all the time, why would they need furry companionship?
What do they fight over?
They don't fight exactly. They disagree strongly. And a lot of it's about expectations - little Earth or Pegasus things that they expect from the other and which don't quite fit what the other is giving or doing or thinking.
Do they go on vacations? If so where?
John sometimes steals a puddlejumper and they go for a ride somewhere out in the middle of nowhere, just the two of them. Ronon says it's "cheat camping". Rodney thinks it's "insanity; why would you do that if you didn't have to?" But Teyla likes sleeping out under the stars, and John likes having time to himself and Teyla.
