Anyone interested/willing/able to participate in a Teyla thing-a-thon? Perhaps run through June/July and due in August?

remix request: the "toss me a story" remix

I'm feeling fannishly restless and frustrated by the lack of writing about the characters and pairings I love.

So right now, I want to remix a story about a character or pairing that I love and not just feel lukewarm-ish about. I want to write about the characters that everyone likes but precious few love.

So I'm recruiting you guys into helping me out with this. Link me to a story that you've written or that you love (and which the author has given permission to be remixed) that's about any of the following characters or pairings:

SGA: Teyla, John/Teyla, (team is acceptable so long as Teyla has a significant part. ie. the story would fall apart without her)
Sanctuary: Kate, Kate/Will
Merlin: Gwen, Arthur/Gwen
Angel: Faith, Faith/Wes
NCIS: Ziva, Tony/Ziva
Harry Potter: Luna, Harry/Luna

The Supernova Quilt - 9 blocks!


Since I'm doing a 4x4 layout, there's another 7 blocks still to be pieced together. Luckily, I have all Friday off, and plan to make some serious inroads then.

I went through The Fat Quarter Shop today and picked out all the fat quarter bundles I wanted to buy, just to see how much they'd cost.

Final total? $500+

I didn't. But it was a close call there for a few moments...
