The downside of not going up to the farm with friends means I'm pretty much spending NYE alone. Most of my local friends down here are in isolation, or trying to keep from being infected.
And there's always the secret fear that nobody has invited me to anything because they don't want me there or they forgot I existed.
Anyway, I am feeling a bit lonesome this NYE, in part because I could have been doing other things (ie. going up to the farm), but I chose not to.
