- write as much of 3000 words as possible

Friday morning
- make and store sourdough waffles for weekend breakfasts
- prep 'sour cream' from thickening cream

Friday lunchtime
- take butter for sourdough waffles, and sour cream for Friday night
- drive up before traffic gets bad (hopefully)
- get Guzman y Gomez for dinner
- work in afternoon (or maybe don't and write the rest of the 3000 words)
