No. If I'm going to be wearing something for the rest of my life, I want some say in how it's going to look.

I voted yes, but will add the caveat that if the propose-er is uncertain about the proposee's preferences in rings, it'd be better to wait. Anyway, the ring is pretty much the least important part of the proposal as far as I'm concerned.
