Vietnam - Day 3

Quiet day. After all the walking around on Sunday (and probably the food) my foot has felt swollen and achey, so I stayed off it.

Just three photos today! Lunch, me and my stepmum at dinner, and an interesting coffee place name!

I don't know who named it, or why it got named that, but it was the place next door to the place we went for dinner (which was steak; I travel the world to eat...steak - Australian steak no less).

Today I'd like to:
1. see a Chinese masseur and get some bones cracked
2. get a Hello Kitty souvenir for the daughter of a friend in Sydney (I'll get her son something, too - he's always borrowing his sister's pretty glittery things so it's probably best that he gets his own.)

I fly out of Ho Chi Minh City tonight, headed for Paris by way of Singapore. Then it's Bastille Day with my writer girls from Sydney, and then up to see alphaflyer by way of Brussels...

Oh - such a short stay in VN! (as I bet your dad and stepmother are saying, too. :D ) I didn't realise this was a long, many-places trip. Paris! Oh, marvellous. :D
