I appreciate that some people are "it's all for show and panic" and "nothing will really change" and "they won't target American citizens", but...I'm not quite so sanguine about that.

With Russia becoming very imperial, and Trump (and therefore American policy) in their pockets, I don't think it's safe to trust in what's held for the previous 15 years.
