For me, having the crossover/fusion division makes it even harder, because I have to work on the assumption that anyone matching to me has offered a specific one, and my ideas are often blurry.

While my problem is that my ideas are usually very specific and I have to assume that someone who comes along and writes for me is not necessarily going to share my very exact vision! :)
