This is early morning, when I got up to let the chickens out, then went back to bed and the cats joined me:


HOMG. PAWS.


And the mark of the beast. (Maladicta, in this case.)


It took nearly fifteen minutes to fade. That was some serious cat paw!

But really all Mal wants is to be close to me:


We've been having lots of afternoon naps lately. By 2pm, I'm pretty much bushed after waking up at 5:30 to deal with the chooks, and a lie-down of about 20-30 minutes is a nice relief.

It's midnight and I am seriously HUNGRY.

OH KITTEHS. So cute! My eight year old, who is a serious cat fan, is also over the moon about your kitties. :-D

These two are ridiculously adorable, to the point where we joke that their cuteness is weaponised, and when they're looking particularly charming while we're holding them, we make one of their paws wave and go "PEW PEW!"

I'll try to post more cat posts. I've been having trouble with uploading photos to Flickr, alas...
