Well, it wasn't a march, per se, but it was a good rally and a show of solidarity - a small, one-hour thing to address the issues that are universal to women (harassment, assault, and the lack of seriousness-taking).

It was also encouragement: the theme was 'unbroken' and the refrain was they tried to break you, but you're still here.

Probably about 800-1000 people there, perhaps? Not as large as last year's march (10K participants; they were expecting maybe 500).

I can't seem to persuade Flickr to upload my photos properly, so I'll post them at a later date and go to bed. I'm exhausted.

(Also, really frustrated that I'm apparently unable to write the resolution to this story.)
