I just spent four hours digging down into our code to realise that the issue is probably not our code (not directly) but the file created by the new software.
But now they're asking me to fix the code b/c we can't change the new software...

This functional guy doesn't have a very good idea of what I do, or what I can/can't do. He keeps on referring 'technical questions' to me. Only I'm not in the technical area for the questions that are being asked...

Ugh I've been working on this program for forever and it's STILL GOING. (Okay, so just a couple of weeks, but it's been lingering painfully for longer than I care to contemplate.)

And it's raining, which means it will be a damp trip home...
