quick stovetop mac and cheese

Stovetop Mac 'n Cheese, my sister will complain that the house smells of cooked butter; I don't see the problem...

Also: Martha Stewart's Mac And Cheese: guaranteed to feed a horde; give or take a few dozen.

I've made a few things from smitten kitchen and always enjoyed them.

I think I made the Smitten Kitchen pumpkin pie (possibly with bourbon). It was pretty good, but I think I used the graham cracker crust, and I don't like graham crackers, so I'll just use the Aussie equivalent. :)
