Sleep has been in seriously short supply of late, partly because the sister has been staying at the parentals and when she's not home I let the cats sleep with me, and they tend to come and go and wake me up at inopportune times.
But the jaw/sinus/tooth is aching fairly steadily these days, which means I don't sleep very well. Sinus specialist is on the 10th May. I think I'm going to have to start going to bed around 10pm, which means prepping by 9:30pm...actually paying attention to the 'get ready for bed' alarm. How novel.

(And I have already changed my bedding to allergy-friendly bedding; Sally is diligently de-hairing her legs after the outside cats rubbed on her...)

I haven't had sinus issues before - and this is less breathing issues and more irritation/ache issues that are affecting my sinus. Gee bodies are horrendously complicated things. Beautifully and wonderfully made but...complicated...

The only way it really happens is if I toss my phone far enough away that I actually have to GET UP to silence it.
Still praying for you to get better.
