Sleep has been in seriously short supply of late, partly because the sister has been staying at the parentals and when she's not home I let the cats sleep with me, and they tend to come and go and wake me up at inopportune times.

But the jaw/sinus/tooth is aching fairly steadily these days, which means I don't sleep very well. Sinus specialist is on the 10th May. I think I'm going to have to start going to bed around 10pm, which means prepping by 9:30pm...actually paying attention to the 'get ready for bed' alarm. How novel.

Uuugh, sinuses. I've been ignoring my sinus issues for so long and I have to actually deal with them. Do they think your sinuses are affecting your tooth or vice/versa?

Everything requires medical expenses around here. But yes, probably major ones. :(

(Someone is wearing perfume today and it's making me especially bitter.)

What is this unholy sinus thing?? I have been afflicted for weeks now, too. Copious amounts of Sinupret keep it at bay, but...only simmering; if I miss the window of taking the stuff, it returns full-force.

(And I have already changed my bedding to allergy-friendly bedding; Sally is diligently de-hairing her legs after the outside cats rubbed on her...)

Actually paying attention to the "get ready for bed" alarm is novel for me, too.

The only way it really happens is if I toss my phone far enough away that I actually have to GET UP to silence it.

Still praying for you to get better.
