If you’re a bit competitive and don’t mind pressure but aren’t likely to kick yourself over ‘not finishing’, then it’s good.
If pressure isn’t your friend and you get angry at yourself for non-completion of goals, then I don’t think it would be helpful.

Also, it may depend on what kind of a cabin you're in. If you have overachievers galore in your cabin and you're a slow-and-steady/a-little-each-day then it could easily become daunting.
