Setting alarms to remind me to take my antibiotics seems a little OCD. On the other hand, it's actually working!
Another nice surprise at the doc's office was discovering I was several kg lighter since the last time I weighed myself. Which was, admittedly, back in March/April. However, in the months since, I've pretty much given up trying to do low-carb or low-sugar. (I haven't bothered with low-fat since the 90s.)
Florentines are everything I could possibly love in a biscuit (cookie). But I'm only going to eat half of this one, and have the other half tomorrow.
"Eating half tomorrow" has been pretty good for things like sandwiches, biscuits (cookies), chocolate bars, and even hot foods and soups when I have a spare takeaway container on me. No need to stuff it all in; eat half tomorrow and prolong the tasty!
Today is just braindead day. It took me four hours to do something that probably should have taken me 40 minutes if I had actually put my brain into 'Drive' instead of idling in 'Neutral'.
Idles in 'Neutral' a bit longer...

I've set my alarm for various things as a reminder, by the way; it's not particularly OCD, I think?
