fancy database code

I am not sure why one has a fancy new push-the-code-down-to-the-database-for-better-code-performance database system if one does not intend to use it to its fullest.

However, since I am more comfortable coding with the traditional method of 'pull the code up from the database and futz around with it', I am not complaining. I was just...hoping to learn a little more.

I suppose I could get funky with SQL statements...in my copious free time around here.
