I am not at all coping with being back at work again.
I don't know if it's the long hours or the people I encountered, or just restlessness from everything going on this month, but I'm really not dealing well with work. The work gets done, but my attention span is completely and utterly shot. Fandom/fannish stuff isn't helping, and probably neither is the fact that I chose not to play hockey this year.
Too many things crashing and burning around me and I'm struggling with the U-shaped bend in happiness that happens around 40 anyway...
Plus my sister isn't home this week and I hate living alone.
Any rate. I doubt I'll be asked to stay on after this work is done.
