Still doing the character meme
We're onto the 'generally seen as quiet, but totally fierce' iteration.
rose_griffes asked for Sharon Agathon
Why I like them/Why I don’t: I liked how we got to see her grow. At the start, she was just a Cylon insert, trying to make that magical human-Cylon child, but I really enjoyed watching her develop and grow, both in her understanding of what it meant to love and what it meant to be human and an individual and part of a collective - both with the fleet, and in her relationship with her 'sisters'.
Favorite season/movie/book: Season 3? Season 4? I don't even remember how many seasons there were anymore. The one where they've settled on New Caprica and she stays up on Galactica with Adama and marries Helo and becomes trusted again. But also when she has Helo kill her so she can be resurrected and get her daughter back. That's some pretty INTENSE determination.
Favorite scene: That one where she and Adama are talking about the insurrection down on New Caprica and what they're going to do and how can he trust her.
Favorite outfit: I don't remember much beyond her uniform.
OTP: Helo/Athena
BroTP: Sharon & Bill Adama
Headcanon: I'm pretty content with canon.
Unpopular opinion: Don't think I have any unpopular opinions for her.
A wish: I'm trying to remember what happened in the last season of BSG, apart from "they find Earth", but I vaguely remember feeling like I wanted to see Athena more involved in some way, and she wasn't counted so important against what was happening with...everything else. The Final Five and all that stuff.
An oh-god-please-don't-ever-happen: I could do without the bit where Helo fucks Boomer in the washrooms, somehow not realising that she's not his wife, while Athena's out cold in one of the other cubicles.
5 words to best describe them: Complex, pragmatic, loyal, steady, fierce.
jenab asked for Padme
Why I like them/Why I don’t: I loved Padme in Episode 1, her willingness to do her own research/investigation, to step out into the unknown and make on-the-spot choices. Yes, she was young and she was trying to work out what was happening, but there was so much potential to her. I didn't pay a lot of attention to Episode 2, and have barely watched Episode 3, but I recall feeling frustrated that the story was no longer about the broader cast so much as it was about Anakin.
Favorite season/movie/book: I know there've been excellent books about Padme, but I haven't read them yet. I've been struggling a lot with extended media lately.
Favorite line: The trailer for Episode One, which was entitled "One Will" - Tthere are some things I cannot do..." The acknowledgement that her power wasn't absolute, that there were things antithetical to her character, that went against her grain. But that what she could do, she would.
Favorite outfit: Almost all of Padme's wardrobe is spectacular. But I really love the nightdress and wrap that my friend vmeachum on instgram made for a cosplay. Something like 20 yards of blue silk velvet which she hand-smocked.
OTP: None.
BroTP: Padme & Sabe, or Padme & Obi-Wan.
Headcanon: I don't have headcanon for Padme, but...I would have liked to have her survive her kids' birth and go on to fight against the empire and her husband, having adventures and maybe even getting to meet her son and daughter at some point.
5 words to best describe them: Determined, politically astute, impetuous, willful, wholehearted.

Oh heavens, I'd forgotten about the whole Boomer and Helo thing. Poor Sharon! Poor Helo!

I also love most of her outfits, especially the lake dress and the nightdress.
