Not very compos mentis tonight.
Cleared the back porch enough for guests with the help of parentals. Did have to stop the stepdad from throwing stuff out a few times, but I promised that he could help throw things out come council clean up next April.
Had a massage - very thorough, much soreness - and then dinner and a glass of wine. It's 8:15pm and I think I might have a hot soapy bath and go to bed.
I haven't been feeling great the last week - actually starting to worry that maybe I've contracted COVID/the flu somehow. I mean, it's the usual 'virus schtick' that I've been complaining of all season, but just...worrying. And probably not helped along by my exhaustion/lack of sleep/rest.
Anyway, bath. But first I better check all the chooks are settled for the night...
