Have joined the
cookbook_challenge with a plan to make more foods from recipe books.
More lentils, wholegrains, pulses, and beans. Less processed food (including flours). Might try to do a minimisation of dairy, wheat, and meat/fish.
Will need to work on pre-prep and having things ready to go. Also, menus and shopping lists.
