I'm not sure I actually slept last night. I put a 'Sleep' spotify playlist on and it ended up playing all night. I woke to it at 5am. (Which is slightly better than 4am.) But I don't feel like I actually slept in the end.
Just watching things get worse in the US. The deeper they go the more horrific the plots become. And the legislative branch isn't going to do a thing, because a spine isn't something that conservative politicians appear to have.
The country is hemhorraging democracy as the world watches.
And the Australian PM is cheering it on. Won't condemn the coup attempt, won't restrain his deputies and ministers who are all OHNOES WE GONNA LOSE OUR PLATFORM - they're the Australian politicians on FB with the most interaction: one way they spread their lies about. There are actually some pretty good articles on Christianity Today, of all places. I can't check them any more - I've used up my free articles. But there was one talking about 'being good losers' and a few others that I didn't get to read before it told me I had to start paying.
