Leave home at 5:30am to get to work in another city. Arrive to discover that your work computer is going to take 3 hours to to a major update.

(We've just hit the 3 hour mark, and it's only 60%.)

Bets on whether it's going to finish before COB today?

Otherwise, just struggling to stay awake. Don't have dinner plans (yet). Should make some pretty pronto though, because all I'll have the energy for is eat and then come back to the airbnb where I'm staying and go to bed. May not even have the mental capacity to write.

And the thing that I came to town for - to fix my remote login situation - can't be done until the computer has updated.

AAAARGH.
