uggggghhhhhhh
One of the interfaces isn't working. For some reason. The thingy will only accept so many queues and apparently we're overloading it. I don't understand, but it's being a problem.
Maybe I'll see if I can get them to send messages through tomorrow and whether it's still a problem when the interface is active.
But that sucked up my entire day. My entire day.
There are other things that needed doing, but I spent my day trying to find where parameters were set and then setting them and then changing them and then checking to see if changing the parameters fixed anything. They didn't.
I need something to eat and a nap, not necessarily in that order, and then I'm off to bible study.
So damn tired these days. All the time.

I have some Marvel figurines on the top of my bookshelf, and I had them arranged when I asked my cleaner to dust them off. She didn't put them back the way that I had them set up. Guess she's not a CaptainHill shipper...like most people.
Yes, I'm feeling extremely bitter about Marvel TV. Basically everyone else I know got something to their tastes; and I didn't.

The last couple of days have been rainy and wet and increasingly cold, but I have managed to finish off the underfloor insulation for the study - it took two days and was rather a pain in the dust under the house, but it does seem to be holding warmth rather better than before.
Smokey is just out of the Cone Of Shame today, and utterly adorable. And I must show you the most HILARIOUS photo of the other night, when Mal was sitting on my sister who was taking a nap, and Smokey decided that she wanted what Mal had...
So she climbed up and started aggressively licking. Which didn't move Mal. So Smokey sat on Mal, cone and all...
Poor Mal!
We laughed so hard, and eventually Mal got tired of being used as a cushion and eased herself out. But it was absolutely hilarious.

The chookeh girls have been learning to all roost together. I have to go out and check them now.
Overall, I've been feeling a bit deflated after the SEGT - that article about 'languishing' in the NYT was a good one. And tired and stressed and trying to find the good/positive in my life.
