Okay, 1 community case (and his wife) but without any connection to existing cases or international arrivals.
Which, in Australian parlance, is Not Good.
It's Mother's Day weekend, too, so that's going to go down like a lead balloon. We've already booked a restaurant for dinner on Saturday night, not sure what's going to happen there.
Hockey and team sports over the weekend? No idea.
And the cold I have been sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowly coming down with for the last month is now making my voice husky. I can never seem to do actual "hits me wipes me out lets me up again a day later" illness. It's always a slow drag down into the marshes and then a slow haul up out of them again. UGH.
Anyway, it's the season of "is it a cold, or is it COVID?" again! Joy.
Also: I have to rewrite my will. I have a niece now.
