I have a psychological barrier to moving on to Week 2 of the Couch to 5K app. I can (mostly) do the 1 minute running 1.5 minute walking schtick, but I'm scared of moving up to the next level.
Okay, that's a point. I'll have to go out and do another day today - I think it might be the last day of Week 1. (for the third time). And then it's Week 2, and I am GOING TO DO THIS.
