The numbers that we're really worried about is "how many of the cases were wandering around in the community, rather than being isolated?"
Today, the number of cases in the community was around 1/3 of total. Given that the Delta variant has something like an R6 transmissibility, that's not good.
And our state government is still refusing to clearly define what is 'essential business' so people can shut down rather than hoping that maybe someone will have an 'essential need' for whatever it is that they're selling. Which is what's presently happening.
