oooh, I love egg salad. Can you just make the egg salad part and eat that separately? That would probably be nicer than egg salad on, say, whole wheat.

I ended up scavenging a white bread roll and had my egg salad sandwich (with a little arugula for bite, and caramelised onion for sweetness).

It was very good. :)
