saturday cooking

Did all half most of the cooking this morning.

1. Granola
2. Sweet Treat Nut Slice
3. Mango Bliss balls

I would have started glace-ing the pineapple but I have not been able to persuade myself to start skinning and chopping. Tomorrow, maybe.

Looking at a parcel of rice flour and wondering why I bought it. I think I might have bought the wrong one - I wanted glutinous rice flour, not regular rice flour.

Out in the garden I did up some wires for the apple trees. I think that was about it.

Tomorrow, I need to net the backyard trees, make a trellis for the tomatoes, plant some red onions, and plant out a bunch of the seedlings from the greenhouse (including the cotton, eggplant, and more tomatoes).

This is why I don't garden for food. It's a lot of work. I admire you for it, but I don't want to do it. I'm WAY too lazy.
