If I were Empress of OTW I would outlaw drabble dumps, Whumptomber &c collections, "these are my Tumblr headcanons," I could go on....

Look, I understand why the OTW is "all comers welcome" but boy, sometimes a little discrimination would be nice, you know?

Yuuuuuuup. I have a bunch of small fandoms that look like they have a lot of fic but it's really one fic and ten drabble dumps, of which five just have the fandom tagged but they haven't actually *written* a drabble for it yet.
