Did the Christmas shopping. Think I have all the necessary things for what the household needs to do for Xmas Day and Boxing Day: green salad, potato salad, pavlova.
Going to do an Iced VoVo pav for Xmas Day, I think.

Still don't have any responses to my offer of a picnic meeting at the park for those solitary on Xmas Day. Mum pointed out that people who are likely to be solitary may not respond until sooooper late, and not be reliable. Which I know. I have asked for an RSVP or a PM, but again, may not know until Christmas Eve. Which I can live with. I just hope nobody pops up on Christmas Day and says "I've thought about it and now I want to meet up..."
I do prefer knowing my schedule ahead; it makes managing things so much easier. But...this is for people who don't have anyone else in their lives. So I'll wing it as necessary.
But the pav is coming with me. If that means there's only a pav on Boxing Day, so be it. The fam will survive it.

I was thinking of booking a massage this afternoon, but my tattoo is peeling (like sunburn peeling) which isn't unusual, just icky. So maybe not.
And now I'm off for my flu shot. Which might have been inadvisable to take right before Christmas, but... Eh.
