So I have two crazy days this week. TWO! *laughs like the Count on Sesame Street*
Thursday night, I have my cousin's wedding rehearsal and friends are going out to dinner and trivia after. It's also the day Bridgerton S3 Part 1 comes out.
I don't think I'll be staying up late to watch it, but a couple of episodes here and there would be fun. The fandom will undoubtedly be somewhat splodey in all directions at that point, I'm hoping there will be a few points of sanity among them.
Saturday lunch, I am eating with some friends, and then the cousin's wedding in the afternoon. Thankfully, the 'family reception' is a couple of weeks later, so it's not all on the one day.
Still trying to work out if I should try to rush-job a quilt for them. Except that if I did a quilt for them, I should probably do one for Cousin E (her older sister) and her husband, too. You know...25 years later...
Still a bit up in the air for design and style and all that. Mind you, I have plenty of fabrics and cuts and colours and patterns to use - I just want something simple and uncomplicated - and easy.
And, of course, there's work all week. I'm slightly terrified of the refund function which looks like it's going to be an absolute NIGHTMARE to adjust. But I have checked the requirement: the thing goes live on the 1st July. And yes, we want as much time as possible to be testing and checking for errors and fixing things, but that's six weeks compard to two. PHEW.
Supposedly, also, it's "7 days, 7 stories" week. And Kate/Anthony week for Bridgerton fandom. Yeah, that's not gonna happen. Not even close. *sigh*
