Frost frost baby?
There was frost on sections of the grass this morning, and the temp down in the depths of the chook run was 3C. I have the heater on in the study, it is barely keeping the temperature at a 'comfortable' level'. (Where 'comfortable' is "I'm wearing one layer of warm clothes and I don't feel the need to bundle up further." Which I think is reasonable inside the bloody house.)
OOF.
Anyway. We are a few days off the winter solstice...and then it gets colder. UGH.
I should go under the house and check the gaps in the insulation (caused by rodents burrowing into the underfloor insulation). It's not a fun task by yourself. Also, need to get a decent facemask suitable for dealing with the fine dust from under the house. UGH.
