The Nullifae - Book 1 - FIRST DRAFT DONE

Draft 1 of The Nullifae (Book 1) is complete.

I have been writing this story/series for four years - ever since 2020. And I have finally reached the end of the first draft of the first story.

HOO. BOY.

It is a long way from ready for reading by anyone else, I think a bunch of the prose is terrible and doesn't give the impression needed for the scene descripations, and whole sections need rewrites. I suspect there are also a bunch of notes that I stuck in the end of some scenes and didn't take out.

However I have done all the scenes and written scads of notes, and there is a confrontation and a the end at the end of the ms.

WOOHOO.

I'm going to leave it for the rest of December, and then start rewrites/edits in January. At which point it's probably going to become a lot more complex.

Interestingly, in spite of feeling like I've been working on this for forever, it's only 50,000 words according to my word counter. That's a little depressing. But also reassuring in that I know I have a little space for more explanation.
