I spent 90 minutes hunting for my work access pass, which I left at home while I went away.

I thought I'd put it somewhere obvious. Which clearly I didn't, because it took me 90 minutes to remember that I'd tucked it in with a set of headphones which I always take to work. And the reason I tucked it in there was...because I always take those headphones to work.

*sigh*

Anyway, I'm working from home this morning, will go in later.

But yeah, it's a great start back at work...

For about 90 minutes I was "OH NO IT'S GONE HAVE THE CLEANERS STOLEN IT" and then I remembered where I put it...

This happens to me all the time. "I know, I'll put this [x] in this Very Obvious location!" and then 48 hours later, I tear the house apart looking for it. I just did this with my Kindle the other day.

It's so frustrating! (And I'm already not particularly happy about this workplace anyway...)
