drownded?

Thunderstorm over Sydney right now. The power's already gone off once - and flickered back on.

I don't think the gutters out the back are coping too well - the water is flowing over them in rivulets and the paint has that bubble-y look when it's got water in it...

I'm house-sitting for the parentals right now, so I really don't want anything dire to happen while they're away...like, you know, floods and things washing away and stuff... :/
