Back to the gym for the first time in about 9 months (although I was playing hockey until August when I went on holidays - since then...nada).
Needless to say, everything hurts today. EVERYTHING. Standing up hurts. Walking hurts. Sitting down hurts. Flexing my buttcheeks hurts.
Of course, the only way it will get better is to get back into the rhythm of things completely. But the first two weeks are always awful.
UGH. PAIN.
