Things I want to start learning:
- mechanical stuff: how to fix a car (more than just changing oil), gears, how to make things work
- woodworking: drill bits and saw bits, and putting things together, fixing things
- electrical work: basic stuff, how to fix things like non-electronic motors
I'm trying to find a community college, but most of their classes are 'lifestyle' and the career stuff appears to be more vocation based than practical based.
There's a woodworking shed right down the road, though, and they're open on Tuesdays and Fridays, so I might mosey on down there this week.
