Because I don't have an email account at this client, and I don't have employee access to reach any of the mail/filesharing sites where I keep my notes, and I keep forgetting to put a USB in my bag before I leave the house.
Also: home-ranged chicken eggs taste really different to even the store-bought organics. Somehow, I never noticed this before. Maybe it's just because they're my chickens?

This Saturday afternoon will be the first Moving Of The Chickens to the next garden bed. It's gonna be interesting; they're very noisy when I'm in the garden or when they think I'm about to be in the garden (they know that the screen door opening means I'm probably coming out to feed them and their noises increase).
