So looks like they'll be working me here for the next couple of months at least, on and off.

I'm pretty good with that. Hurrah for work!

eta: Aaaaand it looks like it's an earlymark today. The office is practically deserted and the boss just said that I should get out of here. So I might go into town and pick up the books I ordered a month ago...

ooh that solstice thing!

Now I can look forward to the days getting shorter, and maybe getting a little more sleep-in instead of being woken by the chickens at 5:30am...

How do they deal with chickens further south where the days are longer, I can't imagine. and at some point, I'm going to want to get a gate with a timer...
