Today has been a 'I can do maybe one things and then I'm done for a couple of hours' day as my body decided to succumb to a flu-like thing.
We are presently in the 'everything aches, just kill me' stage.
I mean, I still squeezed lemon juice, made chicken soup (well, chicken stock), transplanted out six seedlings, and made some story notes. But I am a bad case of DO ALL THE THINGS and damn well exhausted having done a fraction of them. (And I hate it; I can't imagine have chronic fatigue or anything else that involves regular exhaustion - like pain. You guys who have to put up with this daily are TROOPERS.) Various muscles and joints in my body aches, the cough is uncomfortable, and I am le tired.
Dinner with parentals got cancelled last night due to flu-thing, and then got cancelled again. I had to swap congregational prayer with the woman doing it next week. And I'm wondering if I'm going to have to call in sick tomorrow (first day back after a week off, ugh, this is the second time it's happened).
