- dry breadcrumbs (chop bread and dry in oven)
- roast carrots and chicken
Dinner:
Tuesday - beef curry
Wednesday - stovetop mac and cheese (breadcrumbs)
Thursday - thai chicken risotto (mushrooms, carrots, limes - prep wed night, slow cooker for thursday which should be sunny)
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - leftovers (hopefully there's still some)
