I've blown through my scheduled work for the week and don't have next week's load yet. (Waiting on specs and suchlike.)

I feel like I used up all my industriousness yesterday. Now I just want to go home and sew the binding on my quilt.

when to use word of God

You know when you want to keep a small piece of Word of God, but you really can't, because Word of God says a character is living when really you need them to be dead with all the other dead people, because she's the only one who knows about the lynchpin without whom all the dead people can become living again?

Or maybe you don't.

I know, it's just Word of God, but some readers seem to get confused when you diverge from canon/Word of God (and, more stressfully, argue the point) so it's easier to follow as closely as possible...

This musing is brought to you with fond memories of the person who EWW'd at a thing that did not happen and which I said in the story did not happen, but which the POV character of the scene jumped to as a conclusion before having the record set straight by two more characters in two subsequent scenes.
