and work joins the queue

Everything is really tight this week. Everything is due this week. I'm supposed to finish a fairly major modification by the end of the week, and things keep coming back for more work.

I always forget how much I hate systems support. The problems never end, and you rarely have enough information to solve the problem without going back and consulting more.
