freaking bloody hell

I've just spent the last two hours:

a) putting out fires for the thingy that's supposed to go live tommorrow (boy howdy, are there fires!)

b) trying to cook chashu for my mum's birthday ramen meal, and realising I forgot several reasonably key ingredients at home and she has no substitute...

I was going to try to meet someone about 45 minutes away to do a swap, but at this point it's looking less and less likely...
