It's a combination of the period, lack of sleep, lack of water (never enough water), the aches and pains of the last few days, and the stuff I did today:
1. Collected a batch of woodchips for putting down on my backyard paths.
2. Went shopping.
3. Saw a chiropractor about the back and shoulders and muscle injury
4. Cut up strawbs for drying in the car (hot sunny day)
5. Wrote 1500 words.
I had a nap for an hour around 2pm and felt a bit better, but still pretty much exhausted. Frankly, there's a lot of exhaustion happening lately. Then went out and dug in the biofumigant mulch into one of the gardens and moved the chooks.
Tonight is the twins' birthday dinner - just the three of us: we're getting some local Texas BBQ. Better go pick that up now.
I was thinking about writing more after dinner, or doing some sewing. I might do 10 minutes of sewing, and then take a bath and go to bed.
