Climbed into the car last night after hand-delivering a calendar on the way to my permie meeting group, sat down and went OW. My upper back was suddenly super-sore, like I'd pulled a muscle. It was painful for the rest of the evening, through my permaculture group, and through the night, resulting in me not getting quite as much sleep as I would have liked.
Managed to shift over my physio appt this afternoon, he thinks I strained my neck and it's referring into my back, so I have...more exercises to do...
