Well, cripes.

Now that the windows are (mostly) finished; it's the time for everything else to rush back in.

1. Tax returns - both my personal ones and the ones for my superannuation (401K, I think they are in the US). I hate tax matters; it feels like I'm always paying something or another in my Super. Also, I think I'm missing this one thing that's required for compliance and that's making me anxious.

2. Coworker leaving this week: he was one of the good ones - well, most of them are pretty good, but he was one of the really good ones, juggling a whole heap of stuff. He's been here for about two years, is taking a job local to his city. Anyway, I'm going to end up taking on some of his stuff, because I know a bit more about it, but I'm technical and he's functional, which means he knows how the thing is supposed to operate in real-world terms, while I'm all "well, this field affects this table and that transaction" without knowing "it's the table that controls who gets to use this transaction". Ugh.

3. Church - there's a lot going on right now, both in my local church, but also in the global church. Very little of it is around anything most US churches know about. But it's tiring on the interpersonal level.

4. Garden - once again, the garden is growing like crazy and I can't keep up.
