Now one of the other chooks has started wheezing.
B1 got grumpy at me, because I delay taking the chooks to the vet. But I'm always the one paying for treatment.
And also, I'm worried about the cats. They're 12 this year, that's old lady territory, and Smokey is eating a lot and not getting very large. Both she and Mal are very affectionata lately, lots of pats and whining at the door. Lots of wanting to snuggle with me (more so than with B1, although when B2 comes around they seem to like snuggling with her).
If I have to pay for surgery for something in this household, I'd rather it was the cats.
eta: it's a cyst, unlikely to be anything benign, it's probably going to be an issue going forward. Surgery is an option; it costs more than my day surgery for Mirena insertion. Needless to say, we will not be going forward with surgery.
Sissy (Siyao | Suuyao) is going to get a last weekend of frolicking and wandering. And then I have to decide if she's getting the chop or if we'll put her down.
Autumn is turning out to be a bad season for us and chooks, really.
--
Also: I have noticed some marginal tingling/buzzing on my right side lately - the last couple of months definitely. Foot most markedly, hand a lot of the time, a slight ache in my right cheekbone above the spaces where I had dental work. My right side is also the side with all the muscle/joint issues.

Called the supervisor manager about the 5-day-a-week-in-office job to take it.
So tired.
