I kind of want to live in the AU where she didn't get pregnant for another couple of years

Yeah, I know the feeling. I'm happy for Rachel, but the situation sucks for Teyla as a character. Particularly since the attitude I'm getting from TPTB is now "well, we've done our bit for Teyla, time to get back to the white geekboys that we identify with."
