Are mini-movies aka animations allowed? Since technically I consider that art?

No, I'm afraid I'm not allowing mini-movies for the same reason I'm not allowing the 'motivational posters' - there's just not enough effort in them.

In a mini-movie, the person making it doesn't add anything of themselves or their creativity to the work - all it is is just cutting a clip out of the show.

Music videos are about timing and setting lyrics to sequences, art is about design and layout and colour and pattern, fic is about crafting words and plotting things.

The point of an exchange like this is that you really put yourself into what you make - someone else has put an effort in for you, so you put an effort in for someone else.
